Fees

All payments you may need to make over the course of your studies (such as your tuition fee, the fees for printing your diploma, replacing a lost student ID card, repeating a course, etc.) should be made into the individual bank account number generated by the USOS system. The account number, as well as the information on any due payments, can be found on your USOS student profile under MY STUDIES >PAYMENTS tab.

The payment for repeating a course is calculated based on the cost of one course hour. One course hour costs 6 PLN or 7 PLN. The fee for repeating a course has to be paid until October 22nd (for winter semester or yearly courses) or March 15th (for summer semester courses).

  1. Ecology and evolution:
  • Polish citizens: none
  • Foreigners: 9 500 PLN/first year (approx. 2 500 USD/first year); 8 500 PLN/second year (approx. 2 200 USD)
  1. Environmental Protection and Management:
  • Polish citizens: none
  • Foreigners: 15 000 PLN/year (approx. 3 700 USD/year)
  1. The fee shall be paid in two equal instalments:
  • 1st instalment – till 15th October for the winter semester,
  • 2nd instalment – till 15th February for the summer semester.

In the case of persons admitted to first year of a degree programme the first instalment the fee shall be paid within 7 days from the day of enrolling to a degree  programme. Further instalments shall be paid within time  limits specified above.

Payment for issuing a duplicate of each of the above-listed documents is 50% higher, respectively.

In exceptional cases, such as a difficult financial situation, high academic results or participation in international exchange programs, student  may  apply for  exemption in  total  or  partial  exemption from  fees, as well as for payment in instalments or extension of the time limit for payment of these fees. Exemption from fees during first year of a degree programme is not allowed.
